Suomenlinna - line

Suomenlinna is a historic sea fortress and a Unesco world heritage site. It is the number 1 attraction of Helsinki. There are museums, cafes and restaurants on the island. The island can be conveniently reached by the FRS Finland waterbus which leaves from Helsinki Market Square, next to the Old Market Hall. The waterbus stops at the centre of Suomenlinna with short walking distances to all attractions. Frequency of departures is at least 30 minutes. FRS Finland’s waterbuses operate from May to September. The waterbus stops also at Lonna restaurant island.
