Alvar Aalto’s atelier is a must-see Helsinki destination for any fan of architecture and design. Aalto designed the Munkkiniemi studio as a base for his architectural company in 1954–55, before expanding in 1963. The studio is located close to Aalto’s home and it is where many of his firm’s best-known buildings were designed. To compliment your visit, a visit to the Aalto House is recommended.

Studio Aalto can be visited with a guided tour only.

With The Helsinki Card you can also purchase a combination ticket to Studio Aalto and The Aalto House for just € 26 for Adults - saving € 6.
