HAM is an art museum whose collection isn't contained within its walls, but is displayed all over Helsinki. The collection includes over 9,000 works of art exhibited in parks, streets, offices, health centres, libraries - everywhere! A truly unique museum - HAM is an art collection that belongs to the people of Helsinki.
HAM’s flagship location is Tennis Palace (Tennispalatsi), where its aim is to draw attention to modern and contemporary art in its temporary exhibitions. Currently, visitors can learn about Finnish Modernism and International Dimension showcasing the highlights of architecture, design and visual art and photography, as well as pieces by renowned Tove Jansson, in an exhibition dedicated to her life and works.
